    a. Refunds are applicable only for extra demanded fees charged directly by Global Mailling Service.
    b. The refund request must be made within 30 minutes from the time of delivery.

b. Refunds will not be provided if the extra demanded fee was authorized and agreed upon by the customer.

a. To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact our customer support team through our designated channels, such as phone or email.
b. The customer support representative will guide the customer through the refund process, including providing necessary documentation and information.

a. Refunds will be subject to approval based on the fulfillment of eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the extra demanded fee.

a. Any applicable transaction fees or charges imposed by financial institutions or payment processors will be deducted from the refund amount.
b. In case of refunds for credit card payments, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect on the customer's credit card statement, as per the policies of the respective financial institution.

a. Global Mailling Service will notify the customer of the refund decision via email or any other preferred mode of communication provided by the customer.
b. In case of refund denial, the customer will be provided with a detailed explanation of the reasons for the decision.
